To ensure clarity, transparency, and a mutually fair booking system, we have established the following Cancellation and Refund Policy. For standard, flexible room rates, the cancellation charges vary depending on the timeframe in which the request is officially received prior to your scheduled check-in time (14:00 hrs / 2:00 PM standard local time):

Please note that reservations made under explicit promotional discounts, seasonal vouchers, or “Non-Refundable Rate” frameworks are excluded from the standard timeline above. Once confirmed, these bookings cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstance. Full advance payments for these rates will be processed and completely retained by the Hotel.

In the rare event of extreme, unpreventable situations—including severe natural disasters, catastrophic weather conditions in Kochi, sweeping government-mandated travel restrictions, or public health lockdowns—the hotel will waive standard cancellation penalties. Instead, a flexible Credit Voucher valid for redemption across a future stay timeline within 12 months will be issued.
