Welcome to Sarada Mandiram (operating under the registered business name Mandiram Kochi). These Terms and Conditions govern your reservation, stay, and interaction with our website (https://saradamandiram.com/) and physical property. By accessing our platform, processing a reservation, or checking into our hotel, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the rules outlined below.
1. Scope of Agreement & Definitions

“Hotel”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Sarada Mandiram (Mandiram Kochi).

“Guest”, “You”, “Your” refers to any individual, client, or representative browsing our website, booking an accommodation, or physically occupying our premises.

“Property” refers to our physical hotel premises located at Manikkiri Cross Road, MG Road, Kochi — 682016.
2. Reservations, Payments, and Tariff

Booking Policy: Reservations are confirmed subject to availability and the receipt of a valid advance payment or explicit authorization from a corporate partner. Tariffs are subject to dynamic changes without prior notice.

Taxation (GST): All room rates and service charges are exclusive of statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Invoices are generated under our verified registration profile GSTIN: 32ACCFM3632Q1Z2.

Payment Terms: Settlement of all outstanding room rates, food and beverage charges, and secondary ancillary bills must be cleared prior to or during the check-out process. We accept valid Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and approved bank transfers.
3. Check-In, Check-Out, and Statutory Policies

Standard Timings: Our standard Check-In time is 14:00 hrs (2:00 PM) and Check-Out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are strictly subject to room availability and may incur supplemental charges.

Mandatory Identification: According to Indian statutory law, all adult guests must present valid, physical government-issued photo identification upon arrival. Accepted documents include Aadhaar Cards, Passports, Driving Licenses, or Voter ID cards. PAN Cards are not accepted as valid proof of stay.

Foreign Nationals: International guests must provide a valid passport, valid Indian Visa, or OCI card. The registration process will include filling out a statutory Form C with the Bureau of Immigration.
4. Cancellation, No-Show, and Refund Framework

Cancellation Window: Standard reservations must be canceled according to the specific cancellation timeline selected during booking (e.g., 48 hours prior to the standard arrival time) to avoid penalty fees.

No-Show Penalty: In the event that a guest fails to arrive at the hotel on the designated date without formal prior cancellation notice, a “No-Show” fee equivalent to 100% of the first night’s room charge (or the entire duration for non-refundable bookings) will be levied.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds stemming from cancellations will be credited back via the original payment pathway or gateway channel within 7 to 10 working days.
5. Guest Code of Conduct & Physical Liabilities

Damage to Property: Guests will be held directly accountable for any structural damage, severe staining, breakages, or asset loss caused to the hotel room or public areas by themselves or their accompanying visitors. Repair or replacement costs will be billed directly to the primary guest’s folio.

Illegal Activities: The possession, use, or trafficking of illegal drugs, unauthorized weapons, or engaging in gambling and prohibited activities on hotel property is strictly forbidden. The hotel reserves absolute rights to immediately evict violators and report incidents to local Kochi law enforcement authorities.

Prohibited Items & Non-Smoking: Storage of hazardous, explosive, inflammable, or severely malodorous commercial goods inside guest rooms is prohibited. Specific zones are designated for smoking; smoking inside standard rooms will trigger automated sanitation penalties.
6. Limitation of Liability

Personal Belongings: The Hotel shall not be held liable for the loss, theft, destruction, or damage of personal valuables, electronic items, or currency kept inside guest rooms or vehicles parked within hotel bounds. In-room lockers are provided as a convenience but do not shift liability to the establishment.

Service Interruptions: We strive to provide uninterrupted amenities (Wi-Fi, water supply, electricity, elevators); however, the hotel is not responsible for temporary infrastructural outages caused by municipal supply failures or force majeure circumstances.
7. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or arbitration proceedings arising out of your booking, reservation platform usage, or physical hotel stay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kochi, Kerala, India.
8. Amendments and Right to Refuse Service
The hotel reserves the absolute administrative right to amend, update, or overhaul sections of these Terms and Conditions at any time without individual consumer notifications. Furthermore, management retains the structural right to refuse entry, room check-in, or hospitality services to any individual who acts in an aggressive, abusive, or non-compliant manner toward hotel personnel or guest guidelines.
